As there is only one bell shop, we can ask the shopkeeper if anyone had bought a bell one of these days.
Noddy liked the idea.
They asked the shopkeeper.
he said theat three people had bought bells from there.
They found out that two of these were not the thief.
The third was the clockwork mouse.
But when they asked him, the clockwork mouse said that he had given his bell to Sammy Soldier the previous night.
They went to th road,suddenly the heard the jingling of a bell in the house.
Noddy rushed to the house,he and the thief were soon quarelling.
Two people came and got the thief.
Noddy, Tessie and the two people wnet to the police station.
The thief was sammy Soldier!
Mr.Plod arrested him.
The two people were Bigears and Littleears!
Then they all had a little party!
